                                                       Ayushman Bharath – Arogya Karnataka

•    Integrated scheme implemented in a “Assurance Mode”
•    Scheme operated a revised list of proceed-1650 procedure .In INU 258 Surgical Procedure done.
•    Dialysis for BPL Card holder every month 12 free treatment given.  Every month renewal should be done.
 

                                                   Ayushman Bharat – Arogya Karnataka

Envisages attainment of the highest possible level of good health and well – being of all with universal access to affordable and quality healthcare services.

This is a integrated plan scheme in order to provide good health service to public at large. The main theme & title of this plan is to provide good health service to all citizens residing in Karnataka.

Under this scheme VAS, Indira Suraksha, RBSK, Rajiv Arogya Bhagya Plan schemes are all covered integrated & implemented as Ayushman Bharath Arogya Karnataka Scheme.

The scheme of general heath protective plan scheme as Arogya Karnataka has been implemented in Karnataka state 02.03.2018 and health security plan as Ayushman Bharath implement on 25.09.2018.

The scheme of primary health, simple/compluse/secondary/tertiary health and emergency health care 1,2A, 2B, 3 & 4.

Since preview of purpose of both plans tally each other hence both schemes are co-ordinated has been done on 30.10.2018 with in order to implement “ Ayushman Bharath Arogya Karnataka Scheme.

Scheme Facility Utilisation

  • Patient to carry Ration & Aadhar Card to vary by Government Hospital.
  • Scheme enroll under AS-ARK wart card.
  • Investigations to be done in Govt. Hospital.
  • Facility is available treatment should be done in same hospital.
  • If some procedure facility not available then can referred to other centre.
  • Emergency treatment can be carried out in any ear panel private / govt. hospital.
  • Once patient condition stagnent immediate to submit Ratio and Aadhar card.

 

Organ Transplant Scheme :

 

State govt for poor/BPL patient organ transplant scheme order no : HFW/64/IPS/2018 dated 03.12.2018 was enforced.

Scheme for poor / BPL patient only. Patient’s relative organ transplant if taken surgery has to done in concerned govt hospital.

Treatment amount medication facility given for Kidney organ transplant 2 lakhs + immune suppresent medication amount1 lakh for 1 year given.Total 3 lakhs

 Scheduled Caste Utilization (SCSP) :

This institution is given a separate grant for tribal (Scheduled Tribe) utilization by the Karnataka State Government. Patients who are resident of the State of Karnataka and who have a caste certificate from the Government of Karnataka come to this institution for treatment except for outpatient and inpatient registration fees. Provide the opportunity to receive treatment for free as long as there are grants available at the institution.

 Tribal (Scheduled Tribe) Utilization (TSP) :

This institution is given a separate grant for tribal (Scheduled Tribe) utilization by the Karnataka State Government. Patients who are resident of the State of Karnataka and who have a caste certificate from the Government of Karnataka come to this institution for treatment except for outpatient and inpatient registration fees. Provide the opportunity to receive treatment for free as long as there are grants available at the institution.

                                                           Jyothi sanjeevini scheme

The purpose of the Jyothi SanjeevaniNemo Project is to provide state-of-the-art emergency services to state employees and their family members.

Beneficiaries of the Scheme:

State government employees and dependent members of their families are the beneficiaries of the scheme.
There are 1068 treatments available for beneficiaries under the JSS scheme and 143 for the Urology Department.

Beneficiary Government Employee Identification Criteria:


The government employee identification standard is the KGID policy number of a government employee integrated with the HRMS database of the state government's staff and administrative reform department.

Eligibility:


Employees of the State Government and their family members who fall under the Government Service Regulations are covered by the scheme. The dependent members of the family of Government employees are defined under Rule 2 (1) (i) (ii) and (iii) of the Karnataka State Government Employees' (Medical Attendance) Rules-1963 as follows:

• The wife or husband of a government employee.
• The father and mother of the Government Employees (A step consisting of stepmother) should normally reside with the Government employees and their monthly income does not exceed Rs 6,000 / -.
• Children who are totally dependent on government employees (including adoptive children and stepchildren) must submit a standard declaration of dependence on family members.

 Medical assistance provided to beneficiaries is completely cashless, except in the cases listed below.

• If the beneficiary wishes / wishes to incorporate the cost of stents, prostheses, and implants above the rates of the benefit package as set out in the plan.
• If the beneficiary selects top-notch ward facilities from the ward facility assigned to the project.
• In the above cases the beneficiary shall incur additional charges.
